NJ MONTGOMERY — Planning Board adopts 2025 Stormwater Management Element. The Montgomery Planning Board voted to amend the township master plan by adopting the 2025 Stormwater Management Element at its January 12 reorganization and regular meeting. The board conducted its annual reorganization, including election of officers and appointment of a recording secretary.
The Planning Board also extended preliminary and final major subdivision site plan approval for Harlingen Associates, LLC (Block 6001, Route 206) to January 8, 2027, and approved the December 8, 2025 meeting minutes.
