NJ MONTGOMERY — Montgomery Planning Board approves redevelopment designation and site plan amendments. The board voted 7-0 to recommend 23 Orchard, Block 28001 Lot 5.02, as an Area in Need of Redevelopment under non-condemnation procedures, with Mayor Neena Singh moving and Marvin Schuldiner seconding. A 5-0 vote approved an amended final site plan for Princeton Promenade covering signage and a model home in Blocks 34008, 34009, and 34010.
The meeting lasted eight minutes and also approved prior meeting minutes.
