Planning Board approves Princeton Orthopaedics signage variance and Pai-Clo subdivision

NJ MONTGOMERY — Montgomery Township Planning Board approves two applications unanimously at May meeting. The Board voted 8-0 to approve an amended minor site plan with signage variance for Princeton Orthopaedics at Route 518. The Board also voted 8-0 for Pai-Clo LLC's minor subdivision involving a boundary line adjustment on Route 206 with deferred sidewalk requirements and a blanket easement across neighboring properties.

Board Planner Michael Sullivan noted the revised easement approach addressed initial concerns.
