NJ MONTGOMERY — Zoning Board reorganizes with new leadership structure. The Montgomery Zoning Board of Adjustment elected Paul Blodgett as Chair, Amy Rosenthal as Vice Chair, and Marilyn Blazovsky as Chair Pro Tem, with Matthew Galan appointed Recording Secretary. In a unanimous vote, the board authorized professional services contracts for 2026 including attorney services from Stickel, Koenig, Sullivan & Drill, LLC and planning services from Kyle McManus Associates, LLC, with total contract value anticipated to exceed $17,500.
An application by Verizon Wireless to install a communications tower at 26 Dead Tree Run Road was withdrawn without prejudice.
