Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of April 23, 2026
NJ MONTGOMERY — Montgomery Zoning Board unanimously approves lot coverage variance for Tanalski home expansion. The board voted April 23 to approve the 66 Woodview Drive expansion, which includes a 632-square-foot accessible mother-in-law suite, 330-square-foot sunroom, 342-square-foot barbecue pavilion with outdoor kitchen, and in-ground pool. The variance permits 23.6 percent impervious coverage where 19 percent is normally allowed.
Board Engineer Rakesh Darji testified the enhanced stormwater management system exceeds ordinance requirements, and the applicant agreed to all conditions recommended by township professionals.
