Montgomery approves shared services pacts with Rocky Hill

NJ MONTGOMERY — Montgomery Committee unanimously backs shared services agreements with Rocky Hill for health and animal control. Mayor Neena Singh led the Township Committee in approving three-year pacts for public health and animal control services with Rocky Hill, effective January 1, 2026, representing a commitment to cost-sharing and operational efficiency. The committee authorized a $56,746.70 Ford F-150 Pro Hybrid 4x4 pickup truck for the Sewer Utility Department through Morris County Co-op pricing, and approved due diligence on a 5.7-acre open space acquisition from Stephen A.
Tucker, Jr. near Route 601. All 14 resolutions passed unanimously, with Deputy Mayor Vince Barragan absent.
